12021-04-19T19:49:20+00:00Anonymous12plain2021-04-19T19:53:32+00:00AnonymousMitchell, a forty-six-year-old Black laborer, lived in an apartment in 362 Lenox Avenue, the building next door to the one in Levy's store was located. Detective Mark Redmond reported that he arrested in 363 Lenox Avenue, across the street from the store, at 5.40 PM on March 21. There is no mention in the affidavit of why Redmond went to that address, or why Mitchell was there. It may be another mistake; it would be more likely that the arrest took place in Mitchell's home
