No newspapers reported on these trials. The blotters kept by each Police Precinct recorded information on the outcome of the trials. The MCCH records contain a set of index cards each of which contains a transcribed entry for an individual from the blotters of the 23rd, 24th, 25th, 28th, 30th and 32nd Precincts, the later including Earl Davis. The entries for those arrested in the 28th Precinct during the disorder are compiled in a typewritten document, which includes Thomas Babbitt.
