Hugh Young injured
Hospital records indicate that a physician from Harlem Hospital treated Young for lacerations to his face, likely at the hospital, which was half a dozen blocks north on Lenox Ave. The same physician treated Mitchell. But unlike Mitchell, Young does not appear in any of the lists of the injured published by newspapers. Others injured by flying class suffered wounds to their legs (2), hands (1), and in one other case, to the head. After being seen by the physician, Young went home, his injury evidently not serious enough for him to be sent to the hospital.
