Those differences appear mainly in the conclusion and recommendation chapter, which historian Lindsey Lupo described as "watered down" in this version, revised by the commission members from the version submitted by E. Franklin Frazier. The text of the chapter on the "Events of March 19," however, is the same in both versions of the report. The published version, however, does not include the text of the leaflet issued by the Communist Party, only the text of the leaflet issued by the Young Liberators. The text of both pamphlets appears in the version reprinted by Arno Press.
